Our work sits at the intersection of development and integration: connections between systems, APIs other teams rely on daily, and platforms that need to stay operational while being developed further.
We prefer working in agile teams where engineers take ownership, from design to production. We value maintainable, readable code over clever code.
Focus
03 / STRENGTHSIntegration
We design and build complex integrations between systems: REST and SOAP services, event-driven connections with SNS/SQS and RabbitMQ/Kafka, and APIs other teams rely on daily. At De Rechtspraak we unlocked legacy case-management systems via REST with Kerberos SSO; on our current assignment we build integration layers towards Salesforce and identity systems.
Modernisation
We carry out stepwise upgrades from legacy to modern Java and Spring Boot versions, including Jakarta EE migrations and carrying existing libraries forward, without closing the shop in the process. We migrated a Bloomreach/Hippo CMS platform from version 14 to 16, and moved a codebase from Java 11 to 25 and Spring Boot 2 to 4.
Security-by-design
Security is a design choice for us, not an afterthought. We built a reusable JWT/OAuth2 security library distributed to multiple services, and hardened encryption to AES-256-GCM. At De Rechtspraak we implemented OAuth-based authentication and Kerberos SSO for secure data exchange.
Agentic coding
We use agentic AI tooling such as Claude Code for issue analysis, generating features and code review, and critically assess every suggestion before it enters the codebase.
